Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills, preferably in a call center environment
Ability to deliver training to a diverse audience, ie. Clinicians, RN's, MA's as well as other clinical personnel
Advanced comfort level navigating Windows based programs
Education or software training background a plus
Healthcare knowledge a plus
Provide first level coverage for client telephone inquiries: handle all routine calls. Handles email, written and verbal inquiries, as needed. Assist clients with routine software issues to include client software installations, training and troubleshooting as needed: Exhibits knowledge supporting software and web-based applications. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., ordering supplies, sending results, and scheduling courier pick-ups). Serves as a liaison between LabCorp branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquiries and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems.
