Kforce Call Center Representative in Richardson, Texas

Kforce's client in Richardson, Texas (TX) is looking for three Call Center Representatives to join their growing team!Unique Work Schedule:

  • Monday & Tuesday: 8:00AM - 6:00PM

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM

  • Friday: 12:00PM - 7:00PM

  • One Saturday a month, employees will work a four-hour shift

Essential Job Functions:

  • Inbound calls

  • Assist Customers with needs and inform on client's process

  • Occasional outbound call

  • Schedule appointments

  • Record details in client's database
