This position has overnight schedules to include weekend shifts. Shifts start between 2:00p - 6:00p.
/ Compensation // : /
$14.83 per hour to $17.65 per hour depending on call center experience plus a 10% shift differential if applicable.
/ Orientation and Training // : /
Orientation and training for this position will begin Monday, April 30th for approximately 4-6 weeks from 9:00a-5:30p. Paid training.

Our Ideal Candidate looks like this:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Some college ideal; degree preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of customer service / technical support experience required
Technical aptitude, problem solving skills
