Position Summary: Customer Service handles calls from residential and commercial customers, answer customer questions, renew customer contracts and provide excellent customer service. Help with other small tasks during low call volume. Medium pace environment Experience/Responsibilities: Take inbound calls Assist customers with payments, analyze accounts and answer billing questions Review payment options if customer request payment plan Send customer account closing form when moving out of our service area Retain customer if moving to an area serviced by Our Energy Conduct outbound calls as required 2 year call center experience required Skills/Knowledge: Bilingual, Spanish/English speaking ability Required for bilingual position Be able to quickly learn the industry and develop new skills Demonstrated ability of good customer service, maintaining a calm, patient tone regardless of customer objections and questions Attention to detail Good communication skills, written and oral Ability to handle multiple tasks at same time Equipment Used/Software Needed: MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent We offer: Job Type: Permanent Open M-F 8:00 to 6:30pm two shifts available If you Meet or exceed the above qualifications We would like to hear from you, send your resume and Salary requirements to ourcareer@ourenergyllc.com e-mail subject should include Bilingual Customer Service Position
