Customer Service Specialist Job Description: DECA Dental Group is the largest privately held dental company in Texas and was named by Dallas Business Journal as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America! It currently consists of 70+ office locations in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio with a support center in the heart of Dallas. The company is rapidly growing and will be adding at least 30 more locations this year. Supports DECA Dental Group s call center department by speaking with guests, auditing office phone calls, and effectively and efficiently communicating with other team members to align with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position will be reporting directly to the Executive Analyst and will play an instrumental role in the guest experience for DECA dental. Job Duties and Requirements: Answer customer phone inquiries with an upbeat, positive, professional personality Locate Dental Office closest to customer and live transfer their call to the designated office Research, locate, and provide information as needed by customer Escalate unresolved problems Maintains call center database by entering information Monitor call tracking lines during downtime to provide feedback to team Special excel projects as needed All other duties assigned Education & Background Requirements: 6 months to 2 years of customer service experience required High school Diploma or equivalent Excel experience a plus Ability to communicate clearly and confidently Ability to multi-task efficiently Ability to work in a team environment Ability to take initiative and lead Compensation will commensurate with experience.
