ABOUT THE POSITION Purpose: The Identity Protection Specialist supports incoming customer callers seeking information and support regarding our products and services and their accounts Essential Functions:  Receive inbound calls from customers and clients requesting information  Assist the call center with data entry  Perform account management duties  Escalate issues to appropriate queue when necessary to best assist the customer  Perform other duties as needed Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer needs; respond to requests for service and assistance  Oral Communication: Speak clearly; actively listen and obtain clarification; respond to questions with clear and concise responses  Organizational Support: Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; support organization s goals and values; adhere to all Information Security policies to protect customer PII  Quality: Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; apply feedback to improve performance; review work to ensure quality  Quantity: Meet productivity standards; complete work in a timely manner; work quickly without sacrificing quality standards  Basic ability to utilize two monitors simultaneously while assisting the customer.
