Kforce Inbound Phone Customer Service Representative in San Antonio, Texas

A Kforce client has an immediate need for an upbeat, well-spoken Inbound Phone Customer Service Representative for their call center in the San Antonio, Texas (TX) area. This assignment is a temporary to hire opportunity through Kforce for a company that is excited to invest time, training, and energy to fit each candidate into a full-time permanent role! Position Summary: The ideal candidate assists clients and customers via telephone with orders, inquiries, requests, problem resolution, and comments/feedback regarding products/services. The candidates will consult with clients and customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services. This person recommends appropriate products, services, or solutions. The individual performs duties in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner and meets company and client goals for levels of performance. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities for outbound calls to newly acquired credit card customers and recently upgraded credit card customers to ensure new customers have all the information they need about their product

  • Will review product features and benefits, activates card as needed

  • Answers any questions the customer may have

  • Ensuring security and privacy of customer's information

  • Providing education and support regarding products and services

  • Probing to identify needs for the customer

  • Acts/offers appropriate products, services, and solutions to meet customer needs

  • Utilizes available resources appropriately to accurately enter data and service the customers

  • Ensures appropriate follow-through steps are completed for each call

  • Provides a basic level of customer support, but escalates more advanced problems to their supervisor

  • Maintains a professional appearance and a quality work environment that adheres to all safety and security policies

  • High School diploma/GED equivalent required

  • The ideal candidate will have similar skills and abilities to perform the duties listed above
