Job Description

CBE Companies is currently expanding our New Braunfels call center!! We are hiring Customer Solution reps to take inbound phone calls from current customers making payments, setting up automatic payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. These positions will start on Monday, November 6th.

As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for customer account resolution by using effective negotiating and relationship building skills to partner with the customer and help problem solve. You will be representing our client on the phone to the consumer. Therefore, our customer service efforts focus on protecting the clients brand reputation through creating a positive customer experience. Six months of experience in customer service is required.

Shifts available are 11am - 8pm, 12:30pm - 9:30pm, and 2pm - 11pm. Any hours that you work on Saturday will be from 10am - 7pm.

Pay Information:

Training Rate of Pay: $10.25 - $10.75 per hour (first 4 weeks)

Regular Rate of Pay: $11.25 - $13.00 per hour based on shift

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6 months of work history in a customer service environment
  • Proficiency in computer and typing skills
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner with the customer
  • Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations
  • Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company
  • Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions
