Texan Dodge, a Ken Garff Dealership, is currently seeking customer focused and relationship building Consumer Advocates for our Business Development Center!

We are looking for strongcustomer focusedandrelationship buildingConsumer Advocates who will make outbound callsto current customers to remind them of service needed on their car. The selected individual will also make follow up calls to customers that have had their car serviced to ensure they had a positive experience that will create lifetime customers.

To qualify for this position:

  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferably in a call center

  • Outbound customer service or sales experience preferred

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

  • Valid in-state driver's license

  • Self-motivated, self-assured, self-confident and a strong desire to grow and develop this program into a business development opportunity


WORKING CONDITIONS:While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Need ability to move around the dealership. The employee may be required to lift up to 25 pounds. Work is performed at a desk in an office setting .
