Technical Solutions Representative
DXC Technology has an immediate need in our US Public Sector group for a Technical Solutions Representative in El Paso, TX .
Provide superior customer service in a contact/ call center/ help desk environment.
Provide answers to general and technical questions from end-users regarding navigation of government websites in a leveraged environment supporting multiple accounts.
Accurately document all correspondence with end-users.
Require a passion for customer service excellence, be friendly and enjoy helping people.
A tactful manner and ability to effectively deal with difficult situations, is required.
Participate in training and development activities with both new hires and peers, on an as needed basis.
Experience in Quality monitoring and evaluation.
Generate reports, documentation and knowledge management as it pertains to their role.
Participate in workforce management functions.
Participate in social media activities.
As a role model, may be involved with team building and leadership activities.
Require an impeccable attendance record and excellent work ethic.
